Remodels By Design is owner-operated and 2nd generation in the industry. Matt & Kea work together with you to improve the layout and functionality of your home. We love bringing our experience and expertise to your ideas, and that combination yields outstanding results.
We’re a husband-and-wife team with 36+ years of combined experience. Matt manages the construction; Kea guides design and material choices. You talk to the people who’ll be on your job, from the first walk-through to the final clean-up.
We specialize in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, whole house renovations, flooring, custom cabinetry, deck builds, interior painting and many other home improvement services. We’re located in the Alpharetta and Johns Creek area, and serve Peachtree Corners, Suwanee, Duluth, Milton, Roswell, and other metro Atlanta areas.
And Hudson, the head of security, keeps an eye on everything.

We know that you want to be heard and we will proactively listen to you. We treat the information gathering, design and build as a collaborative process.

We don’t sell, we educate
No bait and switch or heavy sales tactics. Instead, we’ll listen to you, and then offer some suggestions at a variety of price points. We are not change order driven. No worries about upselling here.

We work with your budget
There aren’t going to be any surprises at the end of your project. Sure, you might fall in love with an appliance or tub that is a little beyond your budget, but we are always here to offer alternative suggestions to stay in line with budget.

Doing what is right
Remodels by Design doesn’t believe in making empty promises just to get you to sign a contract. Our goal is to be completely upfront and honest about what to expect. And if we foresee a possible challenge, we will work together to find the best solution.

Size matters
We’re large enough to handle any project you need, but we’re not like larger firms with the high overhead. And we are small enough that you’ll have the same team working on your project the entire time, as well as the involvement of the owner and company principals along the way.
